Import (IoR) & Export
Why Us
Trialog’s experienced Import & Export department can handle all import regulatory requirements and customs release services. Besides obtaining all the necessary licenses for the import of our client’s investigational drugs, including narcotics drugs Trialog can facilitate the release of non-drug supplies that are required for the clinical trial from laboratory kits through all medical equipment and electronic data collection devices such as e-diaries. In addition, Trialog can manage the export of all clinical trial materials either at the end of the study or during the course of the study as required.
The Trialog medical Importer of Record (IOR) service focuses specifically on streamlining the import process for clinical trials.
Trialog uses its 22 years’ expertise in Israeli import compliance to offer a hassle-free, reduced-risk option to our customers, obtaining all the necessary licenses for the import of our client’s investigational drugs, including narcotics drugs. By signing our name on the import documents, we take on the risks and
responsibilities of importing the drugs and equipment and getting them cleared through customs on the first attempt, letting you relax, and comfortable in the
knowledge that your importing needs are being taken care of. Importing medical devices is extremely sensitive and must be done with care and in-
depth knowledge. Very few medical establishments have the experience or time to navigate the complex compliance processes that will allow apparatus such as vials, test tubes, electronic medical scanning devices, and outcome recording devices to clear customs in a timely manner, and without complications.
We can also handle a special importation under 29c form for drugs, not registered in Israel.
